How a Zeti luminaire is made.
Design, engineering, project implementation, production and packaging happen in one factory in Guzhen. That is what lets us hold finish consistency across a whole family, and answer technical questions the same day.
Step 01
Design
Concept and industrial design
Our in-house design team turns a mood board, a sketch or an architect’s brief into a manufacturable luminaire. Every 2026 series was developed around the brand philosophy “Light with Texture”: sand-blasted, brushed and ice-crack finishes that give light a tactile surface.

Engineering
Electrical and mechanical engineering
Philips and OSRAM LED sources, CRI > 90 light engines and drivers that support DIP-switch, TRIAC, DALI, remote and hand-scan dimming. Aluminium profiles are extruded and CNC-machined to tight tolerances so that 3-metre runs stay perfectly straight.

Step 03
Project implementation
Site-ready lighting for hotels and commercial spaces
We have completed hotel lighting projects worldwide and act as OEM supplier for well-known domestic brands. Our project team prepares shop drawings, canopy compositions and installation manuals so that contractors can fit every fixture right the first time.

Step 04
Production
Factory production and quality control
Metalwork, surface finishing, glass and rope assembly and final wiring are completed in our Guzhen factory. Every luminaire is powered on and photometrically checked before it is packed; batches are sampled for finish consistency, insulation and ageing tests.

Step 05
Packaging & logistics
Export packaging designed for the product
Long linear profiles ship in reinforced double-wall cartons with foam end caps; glass and rope lights are foam-nested per unit. Cartons are labelled with model, finish and carton count so that receiving on site is straightforward. We ship worldwide by sea, air and express.

Quality control
Six checkpoints before a carton is sealed.
Quality is checked at every stage rather than only at the end, so problems are caught where they are cheapest to fix.
Incoming inspection
LED boards, drivers, extrusions and glass are checked against the specification and supplier test reports before entering stock.
In-process checks
Finish colour and texture are compared to the master sample under D65 light; profile straightness and hole positions are gauged after machining.
Electrical safety
Every fixture passes hi-pot and earth-continuity tests; Class I construction throughout.
100% power-on & ageing
All luminaires are powered for an ageing period, then checked for flicker, colour consistency and dimming behaviour.
Photometric sampling
Batches are sampled for luminous flux, CCT and CRI; linear series are verified against their 36° / 38° / 40°×70° beam specification.
Pre-shipment inspection
Packed goods are inspected for carton integrity, labelling, accessories and manuals; third-party inspection is welcome.
Packaging & logistics
Packed for a 10,000 km journey.
Export packaging is designed per product family so fixtures arrive on site as they left the ageing line.
